Recently stayed at Ambasador Centrum for our trip to Lodz. The location was perfect, right next to Piotrkowska street and a shopping centre. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and modern technology. We appreciated the little extras like complimentary water, a kettle with tea and coffee, and amenities like shoe polish, bath robes, and slippers. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the hotel had free parking with assistance from a kind old man.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great location, just a short walk from the main street and close to public transportation. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of foods to choose from.
The bathroom had a broken toilet flush and dirty towels that were not replaced. The shower was also blocked.

Good Value, Nice choice of food in the morning. Easy access to city centre very close to shops. Staff were very helpful with all our enquiries and tried very hard to please the hotels customers. Great big car park at rear of hotel with good access.

The attention to detail in this hotel is commendable, with basic amenities and rooms equipped with everything you need. The large windows in the rooms provide plenty of natural light, giving a sense of spaciousness. The central location in the city center of Lodz makes it convenient for exploring the city and its landmarks.

Excellent Hotel and very good value for money. Staff all courteus and spoke excellent English - smething that I could not say for most others I came across in two days in Poland. Room was immaculate with everything working perfectly. Will be recommending this hotel to my colleages.
